At Weterings Store we do our utmost to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Below you can read all about our shipping procedure, processing times and what to do in case of errors or problems.
1. Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days , unless otherwise stated on the product page.

After shipping you will automatically receive a confirmation email with track & trace information .

The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days after dispatch. For Belgium, this is usually 2-3 business days.

We ship via reliable carriers such as PostNL or DHL.
Please note: During busy periods (such as holidays or promotions) processing time may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout depending on destination and weight.

Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping (see banners or promotion conditions on the website).
3. Changing or cancelling orders
Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be modified or cancelled . This means:

No changes to items or quantities

No change of delivery or billing address
Therefore, please check your details carefully before completing your order.
4. Incorrect or incorrect address entered

If you accidentally entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page or via info@weterings-store.com .

We can only change your address if the order has not yet been shipped .

Is the order already on its way? Then unfortunately we are not responsible for incorrectly filled in addresses , and we can not offer a refund or replacement package.
5. Lost or stolen packages
Once a package has been delivered to the carrier and you have received a tracking number, the responsibility lies with the carrier.

Weterings Store is not liable for loss, theft or damage that occurs during transport.

Was your package delivered according to the tracking, but you did not receive anything? First check if it was delivered to neighbors or is at a collection point.

For missing packages we recommend filing a claim with the carrier . Of course we will help you with information where possible.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. For international deliveries outside of these regions, please contact us.
