Returns Policy / Right of Withdrawal
At Weterings Store you can return products within 30 days of receipt . This is longer than the legally required 14-day cooling-off period. Below you will find our policy in accordance with the law and our additional service offering.
Legal right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason . After registering your cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
If you use this right of withdrawal, you will receive the full order amount including the original shipping costs back. Only the costs for return shipping are at your own expense. These are usually €7.25 per package; consult the website of your carrier for exact rates.

Returns conditions
To return a product:

The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with labels and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging.

Please include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice with the package.
Please note: If the product is damaged or shows signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may charge for depreciation . So treat the product with care.
Returns process

We will send you return instructions and the return address.

Please return the item, well packaged, within 14 days of notification of cancellation.

Once we have received and checked the item, we will confirm receipt.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days of registering your return , provided that the item has been returned in good order or you have demonstrated that it has been sent.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered items
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Is an item damaged or delivered incorrectly? Please contact us within 48 hours via info@weterings-store.com and include clear photos or a short video. We will quickly provide a suitable solution.
