Returns Policy / Right of Withdrawal
At Weterings Store, you can return products within 30 days of receipt. This exceeds the legally required 14-day cooling-off period. Below, you'll find our policy, in accordance with the law, and our additional service offerings.
Legal right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After registering your cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a full refund for the order amount, including the original shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your address to our online store are your responsibility. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
Return Policy
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge a depreciation fee. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged upon return.

Please state your order number and state that you wish to cancel your purchase. We will then send you the return instructions and the return address.
Please return the item, well packaged, within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
Once we have received and checked the product, you will receive a confirmation.
We will refund the amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received in good condition or you have provided proof that it has been shipped.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 48 hours at info@weterings-store.com and include clear photos or a short video. We will quickly provide a suitable solution.
