What is the delivery time of my order?

We have a delivery time of 1-2 business days within the Netherlands after processing your order. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email with which you can track the package.

If more than 2 business days have passed since the shipping confirmation and you still haven't received anything, please feel free to contact us.


How can I track the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email . Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive an email with your track & trace code .

You can track the status of your package at any time via our Track & Trace page .


Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

Yes, you can. You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt , provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

Is the product damaged or does it not meet the description? Then you will of course get your full purchase price back. In that case, please contact us first via info@weterings-store.com .


How will my order be packed and shipped?

We pack all our products carefully and shockproof , often with foam foil and in a custom-made box to prevent damage during transport.

All packages are sent via PostNL and delivered daily to a PostNL point.


Do I have to pay shipping costs for a return?

If you wish to return a product because you are not satisfied (without any damage or fault), you will be responsible for the return costs .

Is it a damaged or incorrectly delivered product? Then we will of course reimburse the return costs.


Do you offer a quality guarantee on the products?

Yes, absolutely! We stand 100% behind the quality of our products. If there is something wrong with your order or the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately so that we can offer a suitable solution.
